Do you wan't to feel better again??

At some point everybody experiences it. A period when you're not feeling well. Where it seems like everyone to go out except you. You are suffering from sad feelings or fears, and little or no energy for fun. At such times it is good to engage outside help.

Often we see that mental and physical health go hand in hand. Therefore, we not only look at how you feel at Feelgood Psychology, but also what you eat and how to relax. We do this in a positive way, with a scientific basis. We also teach you how you can deal with negative feelings in life. Acceptance is important. Together, we ensure that your feeling good again about yourself and you can do those things you wanna do.

Also, if you don't have any complaints yet, but mostly want to work on your strengths, it is good to do this with an expert.
